The villa was completely restored in August 2021 and is distributed over 2 floors.

On the main floor, which is accessible via stairs from the terrace or the driveway, you will find the living room with a fireplace, smart TV, and air conditioning. There is a beautiful open kitchen with a laundry area connected to the living room, as well as a guest toilet. The terrace is spacious and offers stunning views of the mountains, Altea, and Benidorm. It is furnished with a large table that can accommodate 6 people, and there is also a generous seating area with a comfortable sofa, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

From this floor, you also have access to a beautiful garden with multiple levels. There is a separate studio that is only available for storing the host’s belongings and is not accessible to guests.

On the lower floor, accessed by descending a staircase, you will find 3 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom and a terrace with a hammock and sea views. There is a second shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have large beds and sea views.
